- The service you paid for has not been delivered as agreed.
- The work does not match the specifications mentioned in the agreement or proposal.
- There was an error in billing or an overpayment from your side
Refunds are not provided if the delay or issue is caused by incomplete information or materials from your side
2. Time Frame for Refund Requests
All refund requests must be made within 7 days from the date of payment or service delivery, whichever is earlier.
Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you must:

- Provide any supporting documents or proof if required.
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
4. Refund Approval Process
- Once your request is approved, we will process the refund within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used.
- If the payment was made through a bank or third-party gateway, any transaction fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Services that have already been completed or delivered.
- Advance payments made for project initiation after work has started.
- Any third-party costs we have paid on your behalf (such as software licenses, hosting fees, or domain purchases).
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated policy will be posted on our website with the revised date.
- You must pay all fees listed in your Order Schedule in advance (100% advance payment).
- Credentials are issued within 8 working hours after payment.
- Late payments may attract 1.5% interest per month.
- Fees are non-refundable, and purchases are not based on expected future features.
